Any usage of print_r($GLOBALS) in PHP 7.3 results in an fatal error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 1073741824 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 534777856 bytes) in /............./test.php on line 2

Works fine in other php versions.
