does not contain a section HTTP in 'Other Services'
In Italian it is present: http://php.net/manual/it/book.http.php

In the previous uri changing /it/ by /en/ :

Or maybe it should be removed from the Italian documentation ;-)

Indeed. It has been removed from the English documentation because
it was outdated, see bug #71819.

By the way, the Italian translation is supposed to be disabled
since quite a while, due to being completely out-dated. The
language select already doesn't show "Italian" anymore. See bug
#69285.

Well, I just noticed that the http documentation already has been
removed from all translations in January (commit #338531).
Apparently, the Italian documentation has not been updated because
of a build failure which has only recently been resolved[1]. The
update is supposed to roll out in the next days, so I'm closing
this ticket.
