strtotime('0000-00-00 00:00:00') should return FALSE, but it instead returns 943905600 (1999-11-30).


This appears to be bug 30190, still alive, even though it was expected to be resolved with PHP5.

Reproduce code:
---------------
echo strtotime('0000-00-00 00:00:00');

Expected result:
----------------
-1

Actual result:
--------------
943905600

This bug has been fixed in CVS.

Snapshots of the sources are packaged every three hours; this change
will be in the next snapshot. You can grab the snapshot at
