Using Apache 1.1.3 (beta) for Windows NT

When tried to load test page (test.php3), got the following error message on the screen of the server:

   php.exe: Unable to locate DLL

   The dynamic link library ntwdblib.dll could not be found in the specified path {PATH}

NOTE: I searched for this DLL in the distribution, and could not find it.  Perhaps it was not included or renamed?

SOLUTION: Don't load MySQL.dll, since it requires this DLL, and unless you have
MySQL installed, you won't find the DLL
