Bug #9007 strtotime cannot cope correctly with time zones
Submitted: 2001-01-30 14:15 UTC Modified: 2002-06-18 18:21 UTC
From: andre at promediasystems dot de Assigned:
Status: Closed Package: Date/time related
PHP Version: 4.0.4pl1 OS: Linux 2.2.16
Private report: No CVE-ID: None
[2001-01-30 14:15 UTC] andre at promediasystems dot de
strtotime cannot evaluate timestamps like this:
"2001-1-29 14:35:12 +1:00"

Only string time zones are allowed like this:
"2001-1-29 14:35:12 CET"

Thats bad because postgres delivers the former timestamps...
