Bug #8423 Date format in 4.0.3 and 4.0.4 is different for MSSQL

The standard data format in all database extensions previously was YYYY-MM-DD hh:ii:ss

The lastest version appears to change it to the following:

  27 Dec 2000 12:00AM 


Using the TSQL command SET DATEFORMAT YMD does not change it back to y-m-d.  The only other thing I can think of is that I recently upgraded to MDAC/ADO 2.6. Would that cause a problem?
