I'm getting 404 - File or directory not found when downloading PHP prototype for Windows + IIS.

Page with download link:

Download URL with 404 error:

https://windows.php.net/downloads/releases/php-7.4.8-nts-Win32-vc15-x64.zip


All download links for PHP prototypes for Windows + IIS return a 404 error response page.
