Description:
------------
Trying to really read the docs, but it's not easy online because there's no way to go to the next page without clicking the browser back button and clicking the next link.

Are you talking about the online manual (i.e. pages under https://www.php.net/manual/)?

If so, there are already "next" and "previous" page links: they are towards the upper-right corner of the page, marked by "«" and "»" arrows along with the associated page titles.

P.S. There are also keyboard shortcuts to go to the next page and previous page, by typing "g n" or "g p" respectively, anywhere on the page.
