Please add option of persistent compilation if PHP script starts with `<?php 'presistent';`. It will be compatible with previous versions of PHP but in new versions will save you time re-compiling each time you run the script.

If the compilation date is older than the file date (detected change in php file), always run compilation.   

Expected result:
No waste time if it can be reached.
