From manual page:
If $zip->addGlob("t:/folder/*")
finds sub folders Then
 ZipArchive::close(): Read error: No such file or directory in

does not work

If $zip->addGlob("t:/folder/*")
does not find any sub folders Then closing works

PHP Version 7.4.4
Windows NT 10.0 build 19042 (Windows 10) AMD64

object(ZipArchive)#1 (5) { ["status"]=> int(0) ["statusSys"]=> int(0) ["numFiles"]=> int(6)

ZLib Support	enabled
Stream Wrapper 	compress.zlib://

If ZipArchive contains elements it should be able to write and close it.
If a filename or folder that glob found provokes an error then ZipArchive should output an error message indicating which filename or folder provoked the error.
