My CPU does not support AVX instructions. Unable to disable the use of the AVX command when generating JIT to generate machine code.

As a workaround, you can use opcache.jit=205 for now.

It should be noted that AVX use is supposed to be automatically disabled if it's not available, but for some reason this is not working for you. I've applied a speculative fix in, though if that fixes it that means our own cpuid code is broken.
