Description:
------------
---
From manual page: https://php.net/datetimezone.gettransitions
---
This function returns a "numerically indexed array containing associative array with all transitions", but there are no further details on the array values. The documentation should describe the values returned in the array. It took some experimenting to determine that the 'time' value is returned in UTC, as opposed to local time. It might be helpful to others to detail the other array items as well. For example, it might not be obvious to all that 'ts' = timestamp.
