Function class_alias() convert alias to lowercase.

Test script:

}
class_alias('Foo', 'Bar');
var_dump(get_declared_classes());
?>

Expected result:
----------------
[..., 'Foo', 'Bar']

Actual result:
--------------
[..., 'Foo', 'bar']

And what's the problem with that, given that class names are
case-insensitive?
