pear/paradox requires PHP (version >= 5, version <= 6.0.0), installed version is 7.3.22

The paradox package is unmainted for almost 13 years; if you are
interested in taking over maintainance, see
<https://pecl.php.net/takeover.php>.

Otherwise you may be able to use any of the ODBC packages instead.
