Since 2020, August 31, url of snaps of php 7.4 (https://windows.php.net/downloads/snaps/php-7.4/) have no new builds.

This is normal?

Since 8 september, php 7.4 snaps have not more builds... its normal?

The VMs are being updated, so indeed currently no 7.3 and 7.4
snapshots are available.  These should be built again soonish.
