Description:
------------
The help description for the next command says step over next line, but that functionality does not appear to work.

Test script:
---------------
<?php

function foo() {
        echo 0;
}

foo();
echo 1;

Expected result:
----------------
When at the interactive phpdbg command prompt on line 7, expect that executing the next command will step over the foo() function call and stop on line 8.

Actual result:
--------------
phpdbg stops inside the foo function.
