The function "sapi_windows_set_ctrl_handler" (which was added with PHP 7.4) is not documented in the PHP manual. The function is listed under migration (from 7.3 to 7.4) as new feature, however the function has no page for itself.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
