Tested versions:
- php7.1.9
- php7.1.31
- php7.2.5

Php cannot read other files if these files are on OneDrive.
This error occures because of the May 2019 update.

After some researches, it seams this guy has the same problem:

This bug has already been reported but without answers:

Test script:

test.php:

<?php
	include("test2.php");
?>

test2.php:

<?php
	echo "Hello world";
?>

These both files MUST be in the OneDrive folder

Expected result:
----------------
Hello world

Actual result:
--------------
Warning: include(test2.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in test.php on line 2
