On the documentation page of "setlocale()" built-in function:

https://www.php.net/manual/en/function.setlocale.php

One of the two external links with the text "ISO 639" points to this page:

https://www.w3.org/WAI/ER/IG/ert/iso639.htm

Which states itself as obsolete. Soft redirects to an other URL which also points to an other one. The end of redirections is this page:

http://www.loc.gov/standards/iso639-2/php/code_list.php

We could to update PHP.net Docs to point to this page at every occurrences.

(Ps. before submitting this issue I searched the queue for "ISO 639" with no relevant results: https://bugs.php.net/search.php?search_for=ISO+639&limit=30&direction=DESC&cmd=display&status=Open&bug_type=All&project=All )

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
