Description:
------------
Hi,

I am a web developer based in Paris, since a few weeks I can no longer access the website http://php.net
I checked with my company's network administrator and it seems that your site redirects us to Hong Kong mirrors that are blacklisted by our firewalls.

The question I ask myself is why traffic from France is redirected to Chinese servers?

Can you access fr2.php.net?

Yes, fr2.php.net works well !

Our mirror system (which will soon be replaced) is using a geoip detection logic to decide where to send you, and for some reason the IP you were using were probably previously registered to a location in Hong Kong.

If you use an explicit mirror, like fr2.ph.net, you bypass this logic and PHP.net should remember it.

The mirror system has been replaced; do you still have problems to
access the website?
