For WAY too many YEARS now, the documentation of many methods of many reflection classes contains this notice:

"Warning This function is currently not documented; only its argument list is available."

This is completely unacceptable. Bug #41574 is 11 years old, it has seen no activity other than a reply from someone to the effect of "we are working on it" (which turned out to be a LIE), and has been closed as "not a bug". I am creating this report on the technicality that #41574 refers specifically to the \Reflector class while the issue also pertains to many other reflection classes.
