Description:
------------
The URL to documentation on variable variables, is http://php.net/manual/en/language.variables.variable.php however it should be http://php.net/manual/en/language.variable.variables.php as this correctly coincides with both the title of the page and the concept in PHP.

Expected result:
----------------
http://php.net/manual/en/language.variables.variable.php 404's out
http://php.net/manual/en/language.variable.variables.php works

Actual result:
--------------
http://php.net/manual/en/language.variables.variable.php works
http://php.net/manual/en/language.variable.variables.php 404's out

The periods in "language.variables.variable" indicate structure. Each part is a slug. If anything the page would be "language.variables.variable-variables" but that's getting rather silly.

The page is in the "language" reference, in the "variables" section, and deals with the "variable" usage of variables. It's fine.

Even if, the URL has existed for ages and renaming it just for this doesn't justify breaking existing links to it.
