Description:
------------
In the error_log each line is ended with '\r\r\n'

A proper formatted EOL should be one of

unix, unix-like, macOS: \n (LF)
Windows \r\n (CR+LF)

there is no practical standard, to my knowledge that uses CRCRLF as line ending character sequence.

Test script:

Thank you for this bug report. To properly diagnose the problem, we
need a short but complete example script to be able to reproduce
this bug ourselves.

A proper reproducing script starts with ,
is max. 10-20 lines long and does not require any external
resources such as databases, etc. If the script requires a
database to demonstrate the issue, please make sure it creates
all necessary tables, stored procedures etc.

Please avoid embedding huge scripts into the report.

I just tried to reproduce the issue on windows with apache and it simply returns CRLFas expected. The current provided information is not enough to properly diagnose the problem if there is one.
