The ReflectionType::__toString() has been deprecated in PHP 7.1 in favor of ReflectionNamedType::getName().

Due to some technical issues the method is not marked as deprecated in php-src, however it should be marked as deprecated in the documentation. See also this comment in the source code: https://github.com/php/php-src/blob/03ba053af0240daeff9fbde4d37de2565df65429/ext/reflection/php_reflection.c#L6521

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
