Description:
------------
Building PHP with shared mysqli and mysqlnd extensions leads to a 99%+ failure rate when performing a 'make test'.

I suspect this is because mysqlnd needs to be loaded before mysqli but make test doesn't ensure this and so every test fails.

Test script:
---------------
./configure --enable-mysqlnd=shared --with-mysqli=shared,mysqlnd
make
make test

Expected result:
----------------
Should result in reasonable failure rate: typically less than 1%.

Actual result:
--------------
Results in 99% of tests failing.

Can you please post the output for one of the failing tests? If test foo/bar.phpt fails, check the foo/bar.out file.
