Description:
------------
Since a while (likely since the bugtracker moved to another box),
subscribing to a ticket (Add Comment → Subscribe) no longer works.
I'm not sure whether the subscription itself fails (there is no
error shown, though), or whether the notification mails are not
sent.

Notification mails still work for the bug reporter and the
assignee, from what I can tell.

Since I filed this ticket, I have only subscribed to a few other
tickets, but I presumably have not received any notifications
(expect when I'm the reporter or are assigned) – not even for
older subscriptions. So yes, it seems this is still broken.

Given that bugsnet has been superseded by GH issues, it is
sufficiently safe to assume that this issue won't be fixed.
