This doesn't seem to be fpm related as it is happening after compiling file and using opcache. Not sure 100% if it's opcache but it's more likely than fpm. I think you might need to provide a bit more info (like your opcache configuration and the script that causes that) so it can be recreated by some opcache / engine dev.
