Description:
------------
hrtime() is coming to PHP 7.3 for high resolution timing measurements.

It would be great to add to zend_try_compile_special_func() in zend_compile.c so that the overhead of the function call is removed from measurements.

Thanks for filing the issue. On the one hand, the idea makes a great sense, as if implemented it would allow for more precise timing. On the other hand, the tight integration into the VM would mean one more case clause, whereby the function itself wouldn't be expected to be used very often. Before we strive that, perhaps it would be good to see some justified need. Otherwise, given there might be some lapse of a couple of nanoseconds, the results should be still acceptable for most of usages.

Thanks.
