In some cases, this function returns the same values for low, high, middle Bollinger bands. The next example does not count BB for the last 14 periods for me.

I have provided example with sample data. Which outputs me 3 same numbers for bollinger bands. This numbers are always need to be different, the first one is the biggest, the second is the middle, and the third is the lowest value. So i exept to get 3 different values in the order i'v described.

Ah, i see. Just that you did it an a bit unusual way, normally you would put a script, not its outputs, as a reproducer. Anyway, to the matter.

The STDDEV of the supplied dataset is so small, that TA-Lib decides it to be zero. That way, of course upper and lower bands will not differ, as per the formula. TA-Lib decides a value zero if it's smaller 1e-8 or negative. Given this, the behavior doesn't look like a bug in the PHP ext, but also perhaps is not a bug in the TA-Lib.

I think, with the given data set, you could still achieve some acceptable result. Possible ways to go were

- use the classic MA of 20
- try to convert values to integers before calling trader_bbands()
- experiment with the value precision and the time intervals

From the implementation perspective, it seems that the 1e-8 step for the double validation makes sense.
