$data = $db->query("SELECT COUNT(id) FROM users");
print_r($data) outputs -> [COUNT(id)] => 3 
but i cant access COUNT(id) because parenthesis are malfunction of function.

Fetch as an array and use $var["COUNT(id)"]. Or use an alias.
