The config.m4 uses bash-only construct for equal operator - uses == but should use =

Patch for this is maintained in NetBSD pkgsrc system, would be nice to have this fixed upstream and remove the need for patches, especially since we also need to maintain also patch to fix md5 hash in package.xml.
