Whenever I use the Google Custom Search on the php.net site, I get an API error.

Example URL:
http://php.net/results.php?q=test&l=en&p=all

Given response:
Unauthorized access to internal API. Please refer to https://support.google.com/customsearch/answer/4542055

The fix for this bug has been committed. Since the websites are not directly
updated from the repository, the fix might need some time to spread
across the globe to all mirror sites, including PHP.net itself.
