This is an easy probleam.
At sapi/fpm/fpm/fpm_log.c:80, it `strdup` a fpm_log_format but never free it.It should add a cleanup function to free its memory.

I have been looking into this and there are actually more places and it is more a generic problem. Impact of this is small so I created a feature request issue to address it in a generic way: https://github.com/php/php-src/issues/11461
