Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/memcache.addserver
---

"Returns TRUE on success or FALSE on failure."

That might seem self-explaining, but it is not, because of this:

"When using this method [...] the network connection is not established until actually needed. Thus there is no overhead in adding a large number of servers to the pool, even though they might not all be used."

So, if the connection is not established when calling addServer(), it is unclear what exactly might "fail" and cause this method to return false.
That should be explained.

The official bug tracker for PECL/memcache is now at
<https://github.com/websupport-sk/pecl-memcache/issues>.

So, if this is still an issue with either of the current memcache
versions (4 or 8), please file an issue there.
