Description:
------------
The symptoms are similar to 75255, though the code to reproduce is different. We upgraded to RC4 and are still experiencing the problem. We get either an indefinite hang (the behavior from the test script) or an invalid server response error depending on what code is included. This only happens when the OPCache is active. I am also able to reproduce on Windows7 against PHP7.2b3 so it may not be strictly a Unix/Centos issue.

Note that like 75255 minor and random changes to the code make the problem go away.

Test script:
---------------
<?php
function test()
{
  $success = true;
  $success = $success AND true;
}
