When doing:
./configure --disable-all --enable-libxml --enable-xml=shared --with-pear
make
make install 

There appears error XML Extension not found and installation fails installing PEAR and the rest of the steps.

It seems that before properly fixing this bug Pear will be de bundlked from php sooner...
