ssh2_scp_send(), ssh2_scp_recv()
both of these functions in the documentation are missing a mode of transfer, e.g. ASCII or BINARY as in ftp_put().

I wonder if EOL translation has to be done by the driver author by hand on the streams for ASCII mode... and this depends upon the platforms of both sides, which makes a long list... so I can only assume it's BINARY.

Test script:
use provided examples in manual.

Expected result:
documentation should say whether this is binary or ascii transfer mode if you don't have a choice. people just guess.

scp is not ftp.

If you want to canonicalize line endings, you can do that easily via script code.
