Test script:

echo (new \DateTimeImmutable('2016-10-07 12:34:22.999600'))->format('Y-m-d\TH:i:s.v');

// I expect 2016-10-07T12:34:22.999 or 2016-10-07T12:34:22.100 but not 2016-10-07T12:34:22.1000
