Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/imagick.thumbnailimage
---

The prototype at the top of the manual page for imagick->thumbnailImage includes an optional fourth argument ($fill), but the list of arguments beneath it only describes the first three. There is no further mention of $fill or what it does.

Suggestion (based on https://github.com/Imagick/imagick/blob/28f27044e435a2b203e32675e942eb8de620ee58/imagick_class.c):

fill
Available since ImageMagick 6.3.2.
If fill is true and the image does not fill the box completely the box is filled with image's background color. The background color can be set using Imagick::setImageBackgroundColor().

legacy
If legacy is true, the calculations are done with the small rounding bug that existed in Imagick before 3.4.0. If false, the calculations should produce the same results as ImageMagick CLI does.
