I'm use PHP under Win2000 with IIS.
with a file contens:

i become warning: Failed opening 'D:\web\htdocs\info.php' for inclusion (include_path='D:\web\htdocs') in Unknown on line 0

what can i do?

edit you php.ini and check the settings for autoprepend file, autoappend file and the include path.
