Description:
------------
Yes, I know this is a casuistry, but in the computers world we should be precise as we can. In the php.ini there are several places whats related to windows:

[mail function]
; For Win32 only.
; http://php.net/smtp
SMTP = localhost.com
; http://php.net/smtp-port
smtp_port = 25

; For Win32 only.
; http://php.net/sendmail-from
sendmail_from = noreply@localhost.com

It's not true, it is related to win64 systems too.

Expected result:
----------------
[mail function]
; For Windows only.
; http://php.net/smtp
SMTP = localhost.com
; http://php.net/smtp-port
smtp_port = 25

; For Windows only.
; http://php.net/sendmail-from
sendmail_from = noreply@localhost.com

I misunderstood the Win32 here. That is the API.

Sorry for that, forget it.
