My firewall and my endpoint anti-malware terminates the download of the 7.1.0 windows VC14 x86 Non Thread Safe (2016-Dec-02 07:19:37). My firewall says Loring.A_219 Trojan.

I turned off my firewall antivirus but then my desktop antivirus terminated the download.

Thanks for the report. You seem to catch the usual false positive, which happens from time to time. The virustotal.com checks look all green. If the issue still persists, after you updated the signatures, best way would be to report the false positive to the antivirus manufacturer.
