as all known,curl is the fastest & best way to fetch a url's content,and because of RESTful apis are everywhere,there are more and more needs to do a url fetch ,but cUrl is not so easy to use ,and i think every curl extension user will use a wapper to make it simple to use,for example guzzleHttp.How about making this work simple & fast & stupid by using extension?
