the APCUIterator::__construct documentation is filled with apc's APCIterator::__construct documentation. 


The file is also locked and a patch can not be created

Expected result:
----------------
APCUIterator::__construct should have references to APCu information

Actual result:
--------------
APCUIterator::__construct references apc information and the documentation file is locked and a patch can not be submitted.

A patch has been submitted in the Php Docbook Online Editor for this issue
(sorry I'm not sure how to link/reference the patch here from the Php Docbook Online Editor so I have added the patch file)
