On manual page http://www.php.net/migration71.incompatible in section "Throw on passing too few function arguments" is stated:

The above example will output:

> Uncaught Error: Too few arguments to function test(), 0 passed in %s on line %d and exactly 1 expected in %s:%d

But this changed in RC1 to:
> Uncaught ArgumentCountError: Too few arguments to function test(), 0 passed in %s on line %d and exactly 1 expected in %s:%d

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
