Bug https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=64353 appears to be an issue in PHP7.  We are able to reproduce it with the same script in the original bug report.

PHP 7 behaves in almost the same way as PHP 5.6.
Both don't produce "Class 'ArrayObject' not found" fatal error.
Both produce another fatal error, because of impossibility to redeclare class "Test", but this is a problem of the original test script.
