The class synopsis on the SplFileObject manual page neglects to mention the overridden constructor (http://php.net/manual/en/splfileobject.construct.php).

This is important because SplFileObject defines additional parameters over SplFileInfo. However, reading the synopsis makes it appear as if SplFileObject defines no constructor of its own, when in fact it does.

The SplFileInfo constructor listed as an inherited method should be removed, and a definition added for the SplFileObject constructor.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
