setstrokecolor() accepts a string, in addition to a GmagickPixel:

Proof:

$d = new GmagickDraw();
$d->setstrokecolor('#ff8800');
echo $d->getstrokecolor()->getcolor(); // rgb(65535,34952,0)

Expected result:

public GmagickDraw GmagickDraw::setstrokecolor ( GmagickPixel|string $color )

Actual result:
--------------
public GmagickDraw GmagickDraw::setstrokecolor ( GmagickPixel $color )

Note that the $color parameter description should therefore be changed to:

GmagickPixel or string representing the color for the stroke.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
