https://pecl.php.net/bugs/ points to the support channels. Unfortunately, clicking the 'support channels' hyperlink results in a 404.

A possible fix would be to change the first parameter to
'/support.php' in
<https://github.com/php/web-pecl/blob/master/public_html/bugs/index.php#L29>.
