Crop image function produces 1px image. I have a problem only with this file https://www.dropbox.com/s/8l5fjqolvvafnnv/test.png?dl=0

Test script:
---------------
$image = new Imagick('test.png');
$image->cropImage(20,20,0,0);
$image->writeImage('result.png');
echo $image->getImageHeight();

Expected result:
----------------
20

Actual result:
--------------
1

Please can you say which version of Imagick and ImageMagick you are using, as I am unable to reproduce the problem.
